We realize low-emission, eco-friendly, properties and organize the sale or rental/also short-term lettings, in order to maximize the occupancy and reduce energy wasting vacancies.

New legal opportunities

TWICE is in a unique position for its technologies to take profit of the new Legal Opportunities which just opened in Italy and in other Countries, both, on the energy production and on the construction side.

Renewables

Renewable energy resources exist over wide geographical areas, in contrast to other energy sources, which are concentrated in a limited number of Countries. Rapid deployment of renewable energy and energy efficiency is resulting in significant energy security, climate change mitigation, and economic benefits. An increasing share of renewable energy from some 10% in 2008 to 20% by 2020 forms a key energy and climate change objective of the European Council. In order to make an improvement in energy efficiency and to reach the above-mentioned objective, energy supply and demand will have to turn more towards renewable energy sources in the future. Especially for regions and cities that are at risk of energy poverty, due to climate conditions, the economic and transport structure or the social situation, the potential for generating energy from renewable resources as wind power or solar energy can be one important factor for consideration. In this respect particular renewable energy from e.g. solar-thermal, small wind, or photovoltaic plants, which can deliver energy for direct consumption without being fed into the general electricity grid might be of specific interest. Green power is electricity that is generated from resources such as solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and low-impact hydro facilities. Conventional electricity generation, based on the combustion of fossil fuels, is the Nations‘ single largest industrial source of air pollution. The increasing availability of green power enables electricity customers to accelerate installation of renewable energy technologies. As more green power sources are developed – displacing conventional generation – the overall environmental impacts associated with electricity generation will be significantly reduced.
